Brief Description of Research Interest :
The goal of the replicating cell is to faithfully transmit its genetic information, yet the genome is constantly under attack. To ensure replicative fidelity, cellular growth proceeds only under the aegis of a network of pathways dedicated to preserving genomic integrity.  My research focuses on identifying novel members of these pathways through their genetic and physical associations with known DNA damage response (DDR) proteins, and on characterizing their specific molecular roles during DDR.
