Gene regulation
Brief Description of Research Interest :
Patricia completed her PhD at the University of Alberta on the regulation of retinoic acid signalling during early patterning of the nervous system. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Ecole Normale Superieure in Paris, studying transcriptional regulation and enhancer function during development. Using the zebrafish hindbrain as a model, she is interested in how enhancers communicate and cooperate with each other to regulate the development of the nervous system.
