Brief Description of Research Interest :
The basis of molecular structure and the physiological function of biologically important complex in space and time. My broad research interests concern the molecular structure and dynamics in certain cellular processes leading to human diseases, especially cancer related research.

I am particularly interested in membrane protein (receptor-ligand) complex, signal transduction regulatory complex, protein metabolism/biogenesis complex and RNA-protein complex.

I am also very interested in hybrid approach of X-ray crystallography and cryo-EM to uncover the structures and mechanisms of macromolecular complexes.

I am also interested in sampling and deciphering the structural and dynamic aspects of molecules that are critical for their biological function at real time single-molecule level.
