Brief Description of Research Interest :

During the last ten years I have been lecturing at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Faculty of Medicine and Tel Aviv University in Israel on Health Management and Health Economics and was awarded the prize for the outstanding faculty lecturer. Throughout my post-doctoral research fellowship at Harvard Medical School my research interests were focused on Patient-Centered Care, Patient Experience, Quality of Care and patient safety. Currently I am conducting research as an instructor in the Center for Patient Safety Research and Practice, Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School. My main research interests are patient-centered care and patient expirience in general, with special focus on developing new methods to manage patient expectations and improve patient satisfaction in real time.
