Structural biologist experienced in method development for membrane protein structure determination using computation and NMR spectroscopy. Computational method development and application of RosettaDock software. Expertise in various biochemical, structural biology, and computational techniques, with emphasis on machine learning algorithms, membrane protein expression, purification, NMR data acquisition, analysis, and structural modeling.
