organic chemistry, supramolecular chemistry, photochemistry, metal coordination, macromolecules, polymer science, electrochemistry
Brief Description of Research Interest :

I am interested in solving fundamental problems in chemistryand developing new technologies using the tools in supramolecular chemistry -the chemistry mediated by rapidly equilibrating reactions. Metal coordinationis one example of “rapidly equilibrating reactions” that I have invested mucheffort in studying. The acquired fundamental knowledge from my work aids theprogress in other areas, including the development of fluorescent sensingtechnologies and new catalytic processes.
