Brief Description of Research Interest :
My interests lie broadly in the area of Computational Biology, Computational and Structural Chemistry, Structure-based drug design, Immunoinformatics and Microbiome research. I have over 7 years of experience working as computational biology scientist and have worked in early stage drug discovery using novel therapeutics - spanning the entire spectrum of candidate molecule selection, screening and prioritization.
Presently, my work involves discovering novel immuno-modulators from gut microbial metabolites for treating gut related human disorders.
